PANIC ATTACKS AND ANXIETY
Anyone who ever experiences a panic attack will know how terrifying and life threatening it can feel. The racing heart, shortness of breath and tightness in the throat and chest are just a few of the many symptoms that you can experience during an attack.

PANIC ATTACK PROGRAMME
This programme runs for two sessions and uses a combination of the very latest Hypnotherapy and EFT Techniques. While in a deeply relaxed trance state we can discover the underlying problem as to why these attacks occur, why they began in the first place and make the necessary changes to enable you to once again be free from the ever present fear of a looming panic attack.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost for the two sessions is just £75.00 and we recommend that the sessions are no more than four to five days apart.
