It maybe that you can remember a time when you felt far more relaxed about life, more easy going and wouldn’t have thought of yourself as an angry person. However, since that time you have noticed yourself becoming more and more angry, even little things that would never have bothered you in the past seem to make you erupt far more quickly than they ever used to. It appears to be that these angry outbursts are happening on an almost daily basis and triggered by the slightest annoyance.
Controlling anger, for many people becomes almost impossible. It takes a real hold on them and often can become the most dominant of the emotions.
Anger can be targeted at just one individual, like a partner, or a family member, a mother, father, or work colleague, for others it seems like they are angry at the whole world, everyone and everything.
CONTROLLING ANGER WITH EFT TAPPING THERAPY
Just a few years ago I would have said that it would have taken many months of counselling or psychotherapy to clear all that anger but today this new EFT tapping technique can begin to reduce and eliminate that anger within minutes.
