Very often this lack of confidence will force people to avoid these situations and shy away from social activities and from making new friends.

The programme runs over three sessions and at the end of the third session we can confidently say that you will have discovered all those things and much more. Using the latest Hypnotherapy, EFT and NLP Techniques we will transform you into the confident, relaxed self you wish to be.
The programme is suitable for all age groups with one session a week for three weeks.
The total cost of the three week programme is just £99 and each session may last up to two hours
